This video explains in the best
and most convenient possible way the reasons why rich people are becoming
richer, and why poor people are becoming poorer. I believe that they will
change the way of thinking and rise you some questions. Which assets to invest
in, what brings us more income, where to find opportunities ...? I have asked
myself these questions, and I have also found the answers...

How meditation changes the brain and body?
The benefits of mindfulness meditation, increasingly
popular in recent years, are supposed to be many: reduced stress and risk for
various diseases, improved well-being, a rewired brain. But the experimental
bases to support these claims have been few. Supporters of the practice have
relied on very small samples of unrepresentative subjects, like isolated
Buddhist monks who spend hours meditating every day, or on studies that
generally were not randomized and did not include placebo control groups.
This month, however, a study published in Biological Psychiatry brings
scientific thoroughness to mindfulness meditation and for the first time shows
that, unlike a placebo, it can change the brains of ordinary people and
potentially improve their health.
To meditate mindfully demands ‘‘an open and receptive,
nonjudgmental awareness of your present-moment experience,’’ says J. David
Creswell, who led the study and is an associate professor of psychology and the
director of the Health and Human Performance Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon
University. One difficulty of investigating meditation has been the placebo
problem. In rigorous studies, some participants receive treatment while others
get a placebo: They believe they are getting the same treatment when they are
not. But people can usually tell if they are meditating. Dr. Creswell, working
with scientists from a number of other universities, managed to fake
mindfulness.
First they recruited 35 unemployed men and women who
were seeking work and experiencing considerable stress. Blood was drawn and
brain scans were given. Half the subjects were then taught formal mindfulness
meditation at a residential retreat center; the rest completed a kind of sham
mindfulness meditation that was focused on relaxation and distracting oneself
from worries and stress.
‘‘We had everyone do stretching exercises, for
instance,’’ Dr. Creswell says. The mindfulness group paid close attention to
bodily sensations, including unpleasant ones. The relaxation group was
encouraged to chatter and ignore their bodies, while their leader cracked
jokes.
At the end of three days, the participants all told
the researchers that they felt refreshed and better able to withstand the
stress of unemployment. Yet follow-up brain scans showed differences in only
those who underwent mindfulness meditation. There was more activity, or
communication, among the portions of their brains that process stress-related
reactions and other areas related to focus and calm. Four months later, those
who had practiced mindfulness showed much lower levels in their blood of a
marker of unhealthy inflammation than the relaxation group, even though few
were still meditating.
Dr. Creswell and his colleagues believe that the
changes in the brain contributed to the subsequent reduction in inflammation,
although precisely how remains unknown. Also unclear is whether you need to
spend three uninterrupted days of contemplation to reap the benefits. When it
comes to how much mindfulness is needed to improve health, Dr. Creswell says,
‘‘we still have no idea about the ideal dose.”

Take risks, you either win or you learn!
Has anyone spotted the opportunity to achieve great results without having to risk something? Let me tell you something, there's no such opportunity. Because in order to be successful you have to have enormous desire, you have to work hard, you have to be persistent and also you have to take risky decisions. The one who is not willing to risk anything (time, money, energy, his job, reputation...), he can not expect to win.

Why now is the best time in human history to be an entrepreneur?
People
are pessimists. As a rule we're all pretty negative, and we get off on thinking
about how bad everything is, and how much better it used to be. I'll bet it
goes all the way back to a bunch of grunting cave people, whining about how the
Hunting/Gathering was better when their parents were younger. Entrepreneurs,
tech-types and founders do it too. We talk about how much better it was to
start companies back in the 70s, or the 80s, or the 90s, when we could have
been the founders of Apple or Microsoft. When there were so many things to
discover and build. And we look at those companies with a hushed awe, like
they're fucking Gods. It's all wrong. I'm 100% sure that this is the best time
in human history to be an entrepreneur.
Mark Zuckerberg
Affordability
Starting a company is
dirt cheap. It really is. You can kick off a new online venture for less than
$100, easy. You can register a domain name, purchase hosting and web design through
a drag and drop interface, and be up and running for a tiny initial outlay. That
kind of approach could enable businesses of almost any model, whether it's
e-commerce or a service-based design firm. Sure, you'll run into a lot more
cost when you start looking at building software or platforms yourself; but
validating the cost of development won't cost you a thing with a launch page
and a sign-up form. You're looking at $15 a month. It doesn't take venture
capital to found a small start-up or business. It just takes guts. Read my
favorite book — "The $100
Start-up," by Chris Guillebeau. It will change
the way you think about starting up.
Global teams
Finding a co-founder
isn't the challenge it once was, either. Where meeting a business partner in
the past could have been a lengthy process, searching out a face-to-face
meeting, you can now discover talented individuals on the other side of the
planet. Look at companies like Woothemes — their original team were separated by hundreds
of miles back in the day. You aren't limited by the people around you or your
local technology or business environment. You have the ability to get out there
and discover a genius who perfectly meshes with your approach to business, no matter
where she is. If you need someone to climb that fucking mountain with, she's
out there. When you have the entire population of the connected world at your
fingertips, trust me — the hard part won't be finding the right co-founder,
it'll be choosing which one.
Tools and platforms
From e-commerce plugins and
solutions to 3D printing services, you can take care of just about everything
your business needs from your smartphone or a browser tab. That's incredible.
The apps, software and platforms that are instantly available to us now would
have been unimaginable in the past. When I initially started in business as a
freelance designer, my first expense was shelling out hundreds of bucks for
Adobe Photoshop and Corel Graphics Suite, just so I would have the bare minimum
I needed to get the job done. Nowadays, with a simple subscription that adds up
to the price of a few cups of coffee, I have access to the entire collection of
fully featured Adobe apps. And some of the best tools out there
right now are so easy to use. Canva. Squarespace. Hundreds more. The only
obstacle to getting shit done is your own knowledge.
... And on that subject
You can learn anything right now. We
have on-line courses, tutorials, academies, apps and teachers who can provide
you with the knowledge you need to learn coding or business development or even
hand lettering. If there's any knowledge you lack to start a business, that
knowledge can be learned at minimal cost and from the warm comfort of your
couch. It's just putting in the work and the hours to absorb that knowledge and
attain a level of engagement and familiarity. The material and the chance to
get the technical education you'll need is out there right now. Look at Code
Academy or Udemy. Hell, you can find most of the basic knowledge you need to
run your first start-up on Quora. There
are more reasons of course — movements in technology and business
are creating new opportunities every day. But I think the above three cover
some of the reasons I'm most excited about our current era of entrepreneurship.
What it really boils down to is this:
We
don't have a lot of valid excuses for not starting up.
If
you want to found a company, my advice to you is that you find the time. You
scrimp and you save every second. Because to miss out on the world of
opportunity in front of you now … let's just say, you'll regret it. This is the
greatest time to be an entrepreneur. But it's a terrible time to make up
excuses and reasons why it's not worth trying.

Gratitude can be a game changer!
Do you want more out of your life?
Be grateful for everything you've already got, and immediately stop
complaining! By changing your vibration you will attract the right persons and
events in your life that will direct you to the right path. Are you maybe interested
in what could be the right path for you?
Criticism is good!
Great people build monuments with stones that critics have thrown at them.
Critics mostly criticize just because you are important for them (in a good ar a bad way). When critics do not say anything, is this because you are no longer important. So you have to be worried only then, when nobody is criticizing you.

How negative energy affects your life and how to clear it?
You know that like attracts like, right? So here's the deal: Positive people are drawn to positive energy; negative people are drawn to negative energy. We tend to perceive negative energy as something other people have. Sure, sometimes we feel negative – as in, “go away and leave me alone, world!” but did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed?
That's because negativity sometimes wears a disguise called ‘reality'. It's easy to rationalize that you're ‘just being realistic' in not daring to act on a dream – and believe it!
You may assume that positive people are not being realistic – that they're being naive, that they are in denial with their heads stuck in the sand, that they put on fake smiles in the face of difficulty and so forth. But are they really happy idiots or is there something to their positivity?
That doesn't mean that being realistic is automatically negative. When you view the world from a ‘realistic' standpoint, you can't help but be negative IF your version of reality is negative. If your version of reality is negative, you are conditioned to believe that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong and whatever can go right, will probably go wrong too. Your unconsciously held beliefs make you into a negative person without your being aware of it!
So – if this negativity is so ingrained in you that you don't notice it, how do you determine whether you're stuck in a cloud of negative energy that is attracting the wrong people, wrong situations and wrong feelings? And how can you be sure you're not perpetuating that negativity?
Here's a quick quiz to gauge the level of negative energy within you:
- Do you complain? All the time or just sometimes?
- Do you often discuss what's wrong in the world more than what's right? This includes the ‘terrible' weather, ‘horrible' traffic, ‘idiotic' government, ‘lousy' economy, ‘stupid' in-laws, etc.
- Do you criticize? All the time or just certain people?
- Are you attracted to drama and disaster (can you unglue yourself from the TV when there's a news story of a disaster and can you avoid getting involved in the lives of dysfunctional celebrities?)
- Do you blame? All the time or just certain situations?
- Do you believe that you have no control over most of your results?
- Do you feel like a victim? Do you talk about people doing things to you?
- Are you grateful for what is or will you be grateful when things finally start going right for you?
- Do you feel like things are happening to you? Or do you feel that they are happening through you?
These last two points are important: If you're not grateful except when things go right, you are negative. Gratitude is positive. If you are grateful for what is (including the unpleasant school of life lessons, then you can invite more and more positive energy into your life.
Believing that things happen to you puts you in the role of victim; then it's easy to be negative because it's convenient to give up that power. So consider this alternative: who or what is to blame when GOOD things happen to you? Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for the good things – as in, you worked hard, you earned it, etc… but blame external events or other people for your failures? So how come, when good things happen, they are a result of what you do, but when bad things happen, they are not your fault?
Nobody likes to hear that. It takes courage to accept that you create your life experience!
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are holding on to negative energy to some degree! To clear your negative energy and raise your vibration, you will need to retrain yourself to choose a positive attitude.
Here's another interesting idea to consider: have you noticed that positive people seem to get what they want out of life, and even if things don't go their way, they still enjoy their lives… while negative people whine and moan about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives?
To clear negative energy, try this 3 -step process:
1. Take ownership: “When you think everything is someone else's fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.” – the Dalai Lama
2. Cancel negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts. This takes practice, dedication and making a decision to see the world through the eyes of “what can go right” instead of “what can go wrong.” You'll have to catch yourself anytime you are acting out or speaking out your negativity, and immediately change your tune.
3. Use the Love or Above Spiritual Toolkit to clear your energy and bring more light and love into your life; visualize the positive instead of getting sucked into negativity; overcome past conditioning; think intuitively from the soul instead from ‘reality'; create a new, desired reality in your imagination and manifest it in the outer world. Nobody wants negative energy to permeate their lives, yet many of us allow it. But we allow it unconsciously, based on past conditioning that suggests an inevitable outcome to certain situations. When you overcome that conditioning and realize that the FUTURE is NOT cast in stone but that you have more control over your circumstances than you believe – then you can begin to consciously design your life.
What's going to happen then? Your positive energy will magnetically attract what you consider to be good and right for you: people, situations, things… and you'll notice a huge, huge increase in your happiness and inner peace.
Why not choose positive energy? Make some changes within, and you'll quickly see positive changes in your life. Enjoy the good feelings and abundance!

Set your goals high!
"In my life as a businessman, politician, owner of the football club, I have always followed one rule: I have been setting my goals much higher than those that would be defined by common sense as achievable. And I have allways achieved them!"

Success is not an accident!
There are too many people who want something to receive in life, but on the other hand nothing would like to give for this. They dream to have everything, but are not willing to roll up the sleeves and work hard. They show up at work and they immediately expect to be well paid, without proving their value. About other successful people often speak like they are just "the lucky ones", because that's the easiest way to avoid getting up from the couch and start doing something valuable out of their lives. Luck has nothing to do with success. Success does not happen just because somebody has a bounch of stars in his favor. Success, whether professional or personal, is something which is being created consciously, with hard work, with faith in what we are doing and with perseverance.

Every little thing counts
I will reveal you one very important rule in life:
"Success is created through the implementation of a few small everyday actions that will eventually accumulate and reach results that go far beyond anything you could have ever imagined."
But what is here the problem? The problem is that this small formula for success is so easy to do on a daily basis that most people think that it will not change anything. And therefore people simply don't do it. Outgrow such thinking! Every little thing counts on the road to success!

How successful people do more in a day than others do in a week?
“You have the same number of hours in the day as Beyoncé.”
Everyone knows someone who works full time, volunteers, runs a successful blog, and somehow still finds time to go grocery shopping, cook organic Instagram-worthy meals, foster a loving relationship, walk his or her adorable Boston Terrier, and, oh — train for a half marathon.
These kinds of “super-achievers” have the same number of hours in the day as the rest of us, but somehow, they always seem to get more done. How do they do it?
As a psychologist and life coach who has spent thousands of hours working with clients over the past 28 years — including hundreds of hours with clients who meet this super-achiever character profile — here’s what I’ve noticed about people who consistently succeed. Plus: How you can tweak your mindset to become a high achiever, too.
Fully Commit
Whatever you’re doing right now? Be fully in it. Commit.
When you see an Olympic hurdler leaping over barricades with superhuman agility, does she look distracted? Nope. She is 100% invested in the task at hand. And as you can see from her success, commitment leads to greatness.
So what do you do when you feel your mind wandering away from the present moment? Josh Pais, creator of Committed Impulse, high-performance training for actors, public speakers, and entrepreneurs, recommends saying “I’m back!” out loud whenever you feel yourself drifting away. You might get a few odd looks from bystanders, but it works!
Avoid Multitasking
Your email inbox, Instagram, Facebook, that hilarious viral cat video, and an ad proclaiming a big sale at your favorite website — these are probably just a few of the tabs you have open, commanding your attention while you simultaneously try to finish a project a work. It’s not out of the ordinary; multitasking has become the norm.
But the human mind is not designed for multitasking. In fact, research has proven that we’re pretty terrible at it. When you try to multitask, you lose focus, you’re more likely to make errors, and projects tend to take longer.
To make sure you can focus completely, strive to shut off all distractions — even if that means locking your cell phone in a drawer while you work. Extreme? Maybe. But it’s worth a try!
Ban “Friendly Interruptions” at All Costs
You’re working on a project. You’re totally in the zone, making lightning-speed progress.
Then, a co-worker swings by. “Just wanted your two cents on this,” he says, handing you a report outline. You look it over and give him your thoughts. It doesn’t take more than 60 seconds for you to chime in. No biggie, right?
Unfortunately, that minor interruption just majorly derailed your focus. It will take an average of 23 minutes for you to get back into the zone of whatever you were doing.
Super-achievers know that interruptions are productivity-killers, so they avoid them at all costs. (There’s a reason why most CEOs have private offices — with doors!)
If you don’t have a door to close, try finding a quiet space where you won’t be nudged, turn off your incoming email notifications for a few hours, or talk to your boss about instituting company-wide “do not disturb” hours a few times a week.
Hang With Fellow Super-Achievers
You’ve probably heard the expression, “If you are the smartest person in the room, then you are in the wrong room.” Same goes for achievement and productivity.
There’s a reason why Beyoncé rolls with people like Oprah, the Obamas, and her mogul husband, Jay-Z. When you surround yourself with high-energy, like-minded people, you tend to rise to their level—while inspiring them, too.
Try to weed your professional life of people, colleagues, and even friends who don't energize you. This doesn’t mean you should never see these people again or that you have to coldly cut them out of your life completely. But be mindful about who you choose to spend the majority of your time with. Try to surround yourself with super-achievers as often as possible.
Don’t know where to meet them? Join a challenging club or group (10K training, anyone?), or write an email to someone you admire. Or maybe there’s someone you already know in real life, but have been too shy to talk to. Drop him or her a note to say, “I’d love to treat you to lunch at your favorite spot.” You never know where one simple invitation may lead.
Prevent Emotions From Building
When you allow negative emotions—like frustration, anger, disappointment, or self-loathing—to build up inside of you like water about to boil in a tea kettle, you can easily head down a destructive path.
Sooner or later, all those bottled-up feelings are going to compel you to act out — whether that means binge-eating potato chips at midnight, watching 14 hours straight of Gilmore Girls instead of dealing with urgent deadlines, or engaging in some other behavior that leaves you feeling more frustrated (not to mention tired, hungover, or nauseous) than ever. Which is not great for productivity.
Super-achievers know how to manage their emotions effectively to prevent the tea-kettle effect. Most super-achievers I know have some kind of emotion-management practice that they rely on: meditating, journaling, a weekly check-in with a life coach, or a good old-fashioned punching-bag session at the gym.
Find a strategy that works for you. You’ll know it’s working when you feel a deep sense of release and relief—as if a ton of bricks have been lifted from your shoulders, leaving you feeling light, unburdened, no longer upset, and ready to get back to being awesome!
Last, but not least, remember that those incredible super-achievers you admire — and aspire to be like — are just ordinary people with flaws and fears, too.
As Beyoncé herself once said, “I know I’m stronger in the songs than I really am.”
We’re all just human beings trying to work, live, and navigate the world using all the tools and skills we have. Rather than aiming for flawless perfection, aim for your personal best — and you’ll always be a success.

Wise Words From Jack Ma
These are for sure strong words from one of the richest persons in the world, Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba. Some poeple might not agree with him, but usually poor people are not very open minded and this is also one of the most important reasons for their economic situation.
If you want to be successful you have to start from your mindset. Be openminded, be positive, take risks, believe in yourself, go outside your comfort zone, be brave to face your fears, challenge yourself!
