Has anyone spotted the opportunity to achieve great results without having to risk something? Let me tell you something, there's no such opportunity. Because in order to be successful you have to have enormous desire, you have to work hard, you have to be persistent and also you have to take risky decisions. The one who is not willing to risk anything (time, money, energy, his job, reputation...), he can not expect to win.
