To really understand what I'm talking about, try to imagine glasses with colorful glass. Everyone of us has such colored glasses and through these glasses we perceive everything. This is nothing other than a filter through which we strain all our knowledge and experiences. These glasses are made of all beliefs, rules and ways of being and living, which was thought to us by our parents, teachers, friends, and from all other influences, which formed us from birth onwards. They sre fused from all the conversations you've ever had with all the people you've ever met and from all previous experiences. Out of all this came a story (which we sold to ourselves) about how the world works.

Remember that we don't see the world as it is, but just the way we are. So, if your glasses with colorful glass are a mess, will also your life be a mess. If in your glasses there's a belief that says: "You can not become rich in a fair way", then your actions will naturally coincide with that belief and you'll never be rich through honest work.

Remember that YOUR THOUGHTS CREATE YOUR REALITY.

Difficult times give you the chance to grow.

The highest mountains form the best climbers. And troubled times create the best leaders.

The most uncomfortable situations are those tests, where the best businessmen come out. Keep in mind that heavy tests never last long, but strong people always do. Difficult conditions are nothing more than a chance to become a hero. Times of trials, both in business and in life are excellent opportunities to transform disaster into success.

Your struggles always lead to strength.

Do not give up. Keep walking towards discomfort and accept as many calculated risk as you can. Each of your fears will begin to disappear gradually. Do every day the things that scares you, and you will every day elegantly transform your fear into power. Thus you will build confidence and become invincible. Take a chance. Throw yourself into change. Grab your greatest opportunities. Every time you do this, you give your inner leader more fuel. Soon you will come to a point where anything will be possible.

Remember, what you focus on, expands!

I hope I don't fall; I do not want to work weekends; My boss is incompetent; I will not do this because I don't know how; My neighbor is evil; Our mayor is stealing; Our government is awful; I have no money ... CHANGE YOUR FOCUS! Stop thinking of what you do not want and prefer to focus on what you want!

Success is not an accident!

There are too many people who want something to receive in life, but on the other hand nothing would like to give for this. They dream to have everything, but are not willing to roll up the sleeves and work hard. They show up at work and they immediately expect to be well paid, without proving their value. About other successful people often speak like they are just "the lucky ones", because that's the easiest way to avoid getting up from the couch and start doing something valuable out of their lives. Luck has nothing to do with success. Success does not happen just because somebody has a bounch of stars in his favor. Success, whether professional or personal, is something which is being created consciously, with hard work, with faith in what we are doing and with perseverance.
