People are capable of more than
you can possibly imagine. Just look at these person in the video... they all
have one thing in common – they have focused on the improvement of the capacity
in which they are really good at for more than several thousand hours. They have
paid the price which success requires - they did EVERYTHING and ANYTHING was
necessary to have the job done. And we are now calling them
"talented" or "special". This is not true!! Each one of us has
the potential to reach a leading edge in the work that we do. But very few of
us are aware of this and then possess the discipline to materialize it.
